- Contract awarded to provide strength and balance exercise classes for the falls prevention service across Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust.
- Contract awarded to manage University of North Staffordshire Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme.
- Ongoing senior exercise classes with private residential care homes.
- Working with local charities such as Age Concern Cheshire
- Delivering a variety of exercise classes for Western Cheshire Primary Care trust.
Our ethos is very much based around preventative care our staff passionately believe in the virtue of keeping people out of hospital. We aim to offer informed choices and lifestyle options so that individuals are empowered to take responsibility for long-term behavioral change.
