Strength and balance
We offer a 10 week course designed to improve your strength and balance.
The sessions consist of 45 to 70 minutes of exercise, increasing weekly.
Everyone is tested on a variety of different elements of their strength and balance on week one, then re-tested on week ten as a performance measure.
Our exercises can be performed either seated or standing, and we utilise a variety of Cardiovascular and resistance exercises.
At the end of each exercise class there is a a 15 to 30 minute lecture on a variety of different topics related to falls prevention.
